The group was founded some 15 years ago by Derrick Hadley, a native New Yorker who had a family background in music of a different kind. It’s been more than 60 years since Berry Gordy founded the Motown label and the Motowners take you back to the time when The Temptations and The Four Tops ruled the airwaves and everyone was listening to Diana Ross and The Supremes, Smokey Robinson, Marvin Gaye and Stevie Wonder.
